Josh Kattau, owner and founder of JKC grew up in Flagstaff, AZ working construction with his father's company since he was old enough to hold a hammer. He went to school at both NAU and UA studying architectural engineering. In 2002 he moved to Kailua Kona, HI and started JKC working as a General Contractor on both luxury new construction, specialty commercial projects and home renovation. In 2010 Josh moved to Scottsdale, AZ to focus on the foreclosure and real estate investments. Currently JKC's projects consist of luxury new construction, tiny-houses, commercial, design-build, and home renovations.
